Cancellation Policy
A. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
The Client may cancel this Agreement within five (5) business days of its execution without incurring any cost, except for the non-refundable setup fee as specified in Section A(2) of this Agreement. To exercise the right of cancellation, the Client must submit written notice to the Company at support@zipsolvestudentloanaid.com. The notice must be signed and dated by the same individual(s) who signed this Agreement and must be received no later than midnight of the fifth (5) business day following the execution of the Agreement.
B. POST CANCELLATION
After the five (5) business day cancellation period, the setup fee paid by the Client is non- refundable, unless the Client’s Federal Student Loan Consolidation or Repayment Plan application is denied by the Department of Education (“DOE”), in which case a refund may be issued in accordance with Section B of this Agreement.
C. CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
To cancel, the Client must provide written notice of cancellation via email to support@zipsolvestudentloanaid.com including the Client’s full name, contact details, and a statement of cancellation. Upon receipt of the notice, the Company will acknowledge the cancellation and proceed with any applicable refunds or processing as outlined in this agreement.
